Job Description: QC主管 现场质量管理 珠海 全职 为什么加入我们 这个岗位负责思凯汀（泰高旗下）珠海工厂的日常质检管理工作，确保原辅料、中间品及成品符合验收标准，不合格品不出厂。你将带领质检团队执行公司质量体系的相关要求，并与生产、QA等部门协作，处理日常及突发的质量问题。 你将做什么 管理珠海工厂的整体质检工作。 在与QA协作和生产等各部门配合下负责执行公司质量管理体系质检的工作职能，确保不合格品不出厂。 负责识别原辅料，成品，过程的缺陷，负责执行验证、检查和检测；负责已定义风险的执行和控制，各部门执行SOP情况的监督和验证，协助流程的持续改进。 负责原料、辅料（包装袋、缝包线、扎带）、中间品、成品的质量验收及不合格品控制工作，及时登记到CAPA、NC等系统，并推动相关部门关闭不合格品。 负责生产过程的质量控制，监督并教导质检员使用相关检验仪器，确保检验结果准确及时，确保这些检验设备/工具处于正常状态。 在原辅料验收、中间品和成品等质量控制过程中出现重大问题，质检员不能解决时，以身作则，现场解决，并做好与其他部门的沟通协调工作。 安排指导质检员工作，通过查看记录及现场监督等方式检查指导各质量环节的质检员和操作员的工作，并不断督促推进工作，达到对整个质量监控的目的。 负责上述质量验收及控制工作的各种记录管理，并定期进行汇总分析，从中找出规律，并将相应结果分析上报主管及相关部门。为各部门提供质检数据支持服务。 积极与生产各部门配合，监督各质量问题的纠正预防措施的落实执行，推进各质量问题解决。 配合产品质量投诉及重大质量问题的调查、抽样、分析及处理。必要的话，出差现场协助调查。 与QA一起配合当地饲料质量管理部门/有关机构组织的产品抽查和质量检查。 负责建立和健全质检部岗位责任，明确各岗位职责、权力和义务，并不断提升本部门员工的敬业度。 负责质检部员工的管理、培训和考核工作；协助组织生产等人员进行质量培训，提高员工质量意识。 负责本部门文件的编写及管理。 向公司领导和有关部门提供改善产品质量的合理化建议。 按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。 我们寻找什么样的人 我们寻找一位具备饲料行业质检经验、愿意承担管理职责的专业人员。你熟悉工厂质量控制流程，能够带领团队在一线发现问题、解决问题，并与生产、技术等部门有效协作。 此外，你还需具备： 专业及学历要求：本科以上学历（条件优秀者可适当放宽） 证书/培训要求：有质量体系内审员资格证书的优先。 外语水平：基本阅读和书写（英文能力优秀者优先）。 相关工作经验：3年以上本行业质检技能岗位工作经验。 沟通技能：具有良好的语言文字表达能力。较强的决策力、执行力及沟通能力。 其它要求：有较强的判断质量问题能力，为人严谨细致，原则性强。 你将获得什么 作为泰高的一员，你将加入SHV集团——一家业务覆盖全球、注重长期发展的企业。你将在一线管理岗位上积累团队经验，并获得来自公司质量体系的专业支持。
