我们期望的是： 1. 遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求 2. 执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案 3.承担公司对零部件/成品的质量管理职责 4.对供方或公司内部设备能力，工艺流程，测量方法和频次，已完成和正在进行的质量改善项目进行管控 5.参与PUR部门组织的新供方的开发工作，要在质量角度给出结论性意见。 6.新零部件的验证过程中，参与和供方的技术交流工作，制定或会签样品验证方案，统一检验标准，与供方共同解决样品试制过程中出现的质量问题。 7.熟悉新产品开发RCLP流程，参与新产品开发，确保流程的实施和每个节点的质量管控 8.根据新产品或零部件项目开发不同阶段的需求，负责PAPSO提出，审核，审批，归档及动态管理工作 9.熟悉所负责零部件和产品的国标，企标，采购要求等，有较强的失效分析能力 10.参与或主导客户现场质量问题的处理，组织并推动根本原因分析和改善措施的有效实施 11.岗位职责范围内的零部件或产品检验指导书的编制，审核和培训。 12. 如涉及供方管理，负责供方绩效提升/质量改进/变更管理/新工艺技术的推广/组织年度审核和不定期飞行抽检/奖惩索赔，确保供方质量稳定和不断提升。 13. 如涉及产线管理，产线指标/质量改进/变更管理/质量工具应用/推动质量持续改进。 你需要做的是： 1.3年以上制造行业质量管理工作经验 2.本科以上学历，机械自动化或电气工程自动化专业, 具备质量管理知识及实践经验，掌握8D、PAPSO等质量工具的应用； 3.能熟练使用各种办公软件，流利英语口语交流能力。...
