我们正在招聘一名经验丰富的波峰焊资深工程师，负责江门工厂波峰焊及相关自动焊接设备的整体技术管理与持续优化。您将主导设备维护与改造、工艺优化与良率提升、自动化推进以及团队能力建设，确保焊接品质稳定、生产效率领先，并支撑新产品导入和产能扩充。 此岗位适合具备扎实设备维修能力、系统性工艺分析能力及一定团队管理经验的工程师，能够在复杂生产环境中独立解决问题并推动持续改善。 核心职责 1. 设备管理与维修 全面负责波峰焊及相关焊接设备的日常点检、维护保养和异常处理，确保设备稳定、高效运行 独立完成设备机械结构、电气系统、控制系统的故障诊断与维修 制定、优化并落实预防性维护（PM）计划，降低突发故障及停机时间 建立并维护设备台账、备件管理和维修记录，形成可追溯的维护体系 主导新设备的选型、安装、调试、验收及量产导入，参与设备升级改造项目 2. 工艺优化与不良分析 负责波峰焊工艺参数（如预热温度、链速、波峰高度、锡炉温度等）的设定、优化与标准化 对焊接不良（连锡、虚焊、桥连、偏位等）进行系统分析，制定并落实改善方案 熟练运用 5Why、鱼骨图、DOE 等质量工具进行根因分析与数据驱动改善 持续提升首件合格率（FPY）、减少返工与报废，达成品质及成本目标 支持新产品导入（NPI）：参与设计可制造性（DFM）评审、试产工艺验证及量产工艺定型 3. 自动化与扩展工艺 管理及优化自动焊接设备（含选择性波峰焊等）及三防漆涂覆设备的工艺和日常运行 推动自动化与标准化项目：如上/下料自动化、在线检测、参数标准化等，提升生产效率和稳定性 与设备供应商、自动化团队合作，导入新技术、新工艺，持续提升生产线自动化水平 对三防漆涂覆工艺进行参数设定、工艺验证及质量控制，确保产品可靠性 4. 团队管理与跨部门协作 带领并指导工艺工程师、技术员及设备维护人员，提升团队整体技术能力 组织并实施员工培训（设备操作、工艺要点、质量意识等），建立并不断完善 SOP / WI 与生产、品质、计划、采购等部门紧密协作，快速响应生产与客户需求 参与精益生产与持续改善项目（如 Kaizen、6S、TPM），推动现场管理与效率提升 任职要求
