EU1-SCM 长沙 社招 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 职位描述 岗位职责：1、需求管理：参考销售数据，协同国家GTM/销售，制定&评审全渠道销售预测，结合动销和渠道策略预判未来销售需求，每周刷新需求计划传递至总部供应链，并定期调整和纠偏，作为区域的供应代表，参与总部的S&OP需求评审与决策。2、计委运作：作为区域内PCT供应代表，月度组织三级计委会议，拉齐全渠道需求&供应，对PCT内供需平衡负责；3、进销存管理：例行监控渠道进销存和库存周转率，及时提供补货建议至销售&渠道，确保渠道存货健康。4、补货计划：基于全链条库存现状、库存水位要求以及成本控制要求，审视HUB周度下单需求&调拨计划。5、供应交付：密切和总部供应链协同跟踪交期，保证库存订单的准时交付。对于异常交付，及时跟进并积极推动解决。对于有重大交付风险&渠道缺货风险的产品，及时在PCT内预警风险，同步前段销售；6、产品生命周期管理：协同销售>M进行新老产品迭代及需求计划，确保新品上市顺利，以及老品的退市库存收尾。 职位要求 职位要求：本科及以上学历，1 年以上供应链/计划/交付等相关领域工作经验；专业不限，以下专业优先：管理类：供应链管理、管理科学与工程、物流管理、海关管理、国际贸易、工商管理等；理工类：统计学、运筹学、数学、机械工程、电子信息工程、电子科学与技术、通讯工程、软件工程、自动化、交通运输、车辆工程等；英语读写熟练，可作为工作语言进行日常沟通与文件处理；具备较强的抗压能力和沟通协作能力，有跨部门协同项目经验者优先；具备较好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel/SQL/BI 等数据分析工具；熟悉供应链计划、采购执行中至少一个模块的实际操作经验，有独立主导或深度参与过供应链优化项目者优先。 投递...
