财务会计-2027届 8-18K 苏州 职能 / 支持 - 财务 / 审计 / 税务 本科及以上 职位描述 1、日常核算与单据审核：负责公司（含国内外指定子公司）的日常费用报销、付款单据的严格审核；依据中国会计准则（PRC）及国际会计准则（IFRS），规范进行日常账务处理及会计凭证编制。2、结账与报表编制：负责跟进并完成月末、季末及年度结账工作；编制单体及合并财务报表及相关附注，通过科目余额分析及时发现并解决账务处理问题，确保财务数据的准确性与逻辑性。3、税务申报与审计支持：按时完成主体及相关子公司的税务申报与缴纳工作，跟踪税务合规事宜（如协助评估关联方转移定价TP等）；配合年度外部审计及券商工作，准备相关财务资料，协助编制审计底稿。4、业务协同与财务赋能：与公司各业务线及海外子公司团队保持密切沟通，深入了解业务开展情况，为业务发展提供及时的财务专业支持和合规建议。5、流程优化与系统建设：梳理并持续优化现有财务核算及内控流程；借助ERP系统，并积极探索利用AI、Tableau等IT工具提升核算效率与数据分析能力，降低内控风险。 职位要求 1、学历背景：财务、会计、税务、审计等相关专业本科及以上学历；具有“理工科专业背景 + 财务类专业学历”的复合型人才优先。2、专业技能：财务专业知识扎实，熟悉中国会计准则和国际会计准则，具备良好的财务分析和逻辑思维能力；持有CPA通过部分科目、ACCA证书或初/中级会计职称者优先考虑。3、语言能力：具备较好的英语读写能力，能够处理英文财务邮件及单据；英语口语流利者优先考虑（需对接海外子公司业务）。4、工具应用：熟练掌握Excel、PPT等主流办公软件及财务ERP系统；能熟练使用JMP、Tableau、Power BI等数据分析工具者优先考虑。5、综合素质：严谨细致，具有较强的责任心与团队协作精神；高度认同普源精电企业文化——勇于挑战，勇于创新，勇于担当，勇于自省，勇于脱离自我舒适区。 投递...
