岗位职责： 1、保障日常操作运营 - 主导货物交付跨境干线供应商，衔接内外部上下游环节，监控货态，更新节点，确保时效； 2、供应商管理 - 负责新供应商的引入与上线，确立供应商SOP，确保有效执行，保障符合业务要求；定期监控现有供应商物流表现，统筹供应商库，进行阶段性回顾以及供应商留存、优化与迭代；监控现有供应商物流表现，统筹供应商库，进行阶段性回顾以及供应商留存、优化与迭代； 3、跨团队合作与异常处理 - 与内部上下游利益相关部门紧密合作，保障舱位，确保供应商资源的充分合理运用，满足客户对时效与表现要求；针对异常情况及时沟通反馈，提出解决方案并实施，几时复盘； 4、账单管理 - 与供应商及时对账，确保信息齐全与准确，协助完成成本核算，同时保证发票验证与时效； 5、流程与系统管理 - 参照行业运营标准，开发及定期优化干线运营SOP，监控内部系统与看板，保障上下游环节顺利衔接以及利益相关团队的有效执行； 6、团队管理与发展 - 与HR团队协作，有效管理团队架构和发展团队成员，确保人效； 7、汇报管理 - 对操作运营各维度信息进行定期归纳总结（时效、合规、账单准确性等方面），带领团队完成周记与月度汇报，对整体运营提出合理性优化建议并确保实施。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，物流专业/国际贸易/商务英语等相关专业优先； 2、大学英语四级及以上，良好的英语书面表达能力，较强的沟通、流程思维能力； 3、具备至少五年以上跨境货运代理相关经验，有东南亚物流经验优先。具有较强的进取精神和团队精神，工作认真，细心灵活，责任心强，抗压性强； 4、熟悉使用Microsoft office软件，具备良好的数据处理能力以及PPT制作能力。...
