What you will do: 作为EHS工程师，梳理化学品数据和管理过程，建立化学品清单并评估；梳理冷媒的管理过程，获取销售和维修数据，定期上报；管理职业健康的工作，与员工和医院保持沟通，建立员工体检档案（一人一档） How you will do it: 化学品全流程管理 1. 问题梳理：与中国区各法人单位的相关人员沟通合作，全面梳理现行化学品管理过程，建立相关方及人员清单。 2. 体系搭建：根据合规要求，识别化学品关键节点，搭建中国区化学品安全管理流程。 3. 化学品清单管理：主导建立并维护公司统一的化学品清单，与相关人员沟通，整理包括供应商、化学品安全技术说明书（SDS）等在内的相关信息，并与相关物料号匹配，实现标准化管理。 4. 化学品评估与管理：对现有及新进的化学品进行分析，确保所有准入化学品合规有效， 5. 供应商评估：对现有及潜在化学品供应商进行专业评估，从源头管控风险与质量。 冷媒数据整理与填报 1. 清单维护：紧跟国家法律法规动态，建立并动态更新冷媒管理清单，确保100%合规。 2. 经营数据整合：协同相关业务部门，系统梳理中国区所有法人单位的冷媒经营数据，形成全面的动态全局视图。 3. 数据定期报送：作为数据出口，定期准确录入冷媒销售、维修等关键数据，满足监管要求。 职业健康管理 1. 制度建立：依据国家法律法规，从零搭建并完善公司职业健康管理制度，奠定管理基础。 2. 外部资源协调：寻找各办事处所在地的职业健康体检机构，建立并维护合作关系，打通体检流程。 3. 内部推动执行：与各办事处运作经理紧密合作，推动相关人员按期完成健康体检，并及时处理各类异常状况。 4. 档案建立与管理：梳理全体员工职业健康体检结果，严格实行“一人一档”管理，确保档案完整可追溯。
