关于此职位 此岗位隶属于亚洲染发研发团队，团队始终致力于通过染发之美提供创新且高质量的解决方案，提升消费者自信。团队口号是“让我们一起为世界添色”。 本职位的主要目标是提供全面的配方开发服务，确保各业务单元未来需求能够在短期至长期的技术项目中得到体现。 您的主要工作内容 为亚洲消费者（尤其是中国零售市场）开发新的染发配方/技术，确保其稳定性和卓越性能，满足目标消费者需求。 执行并管理项目，确保新品开发（NPD）按时交付且无配方问题；制定合理的技术时间线，协调与配方相关的讨论（如技术风险评估与对齐），推动配方成本优化；为市场、销售及供应链提供技术支持；解决与配方相关的质量问题。 支持法规团队，确保产品符合相关法规要求，并推进产品备案/注册工作。 与内外部合作伙伴协作，确保汉高的新知识产权（IP）得到保护；就专利、商标及专有协议提供指导与建议。 提供技术支持： - 支持市场活动，包括技术宣称、演示及其他技术内容的开发； - 为供应链、销售以及出口国家/市场提供技术培训。 职位要求 硕士学历为必需，博士优先。 专业要求：化学 / 化学工程 / 材料科学 / 生物学。 英语六级（CET-6）。 具备2–3年以上快消品行业配方开发经验；有染发产品相关经验优先（护发或彩妆等相关领域亦可）。 对配方设计与产品开发充满热情，具备开放创新意识。 具备良好的中英文沟通能力。 具备创业精神与团队协作能力。 具备敏捷性、影响力及判断力。 乐于知识分享。 具备项目管理能力。 能在压力下高效工作并具备良好的时间管理能力。 具备知识产权（IP）相关知识。 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是Excel和PPT；熟悉Python或Power BI等数字化工具者优先。 我们的福利 弹性的工作时间，混合式办公场所，还有每年最多30天的跨国远程办公政策
