Job Description 岗位定位：作为客户商业期望与内部核心研发的技术桥梁，负责将海内外客户的个性化需求转化为极具行业竞争力、可落地的乘用车自动驾驶系统方案；主导售前技术架构设计、可行性及成本评估，作为整个智驾项目生命周期的起点，并为后续快速POC验证及大规模Demo展示奠定坚实的技术与架构基石。 岗位职责： 1、客户需求洞察与技术对接：对接海内外头部主机厂及Tier 1客户，主导高层技术交流，精准梳理、深度剖析并引导客户在乘用车自动驾驶（L2至L3级）领域的深层业务需求； 2、方案设计与可行性主导：主导ADAS/AD项目前期可行性分析，完成软硬件系统选型、芯片算力匹配、传感器布置初设及技术风险、成本估算，输出高质量、定制化的售前技术方案书（如RFI/RFQ答复书、技术建议书等）； 3、技术宣讲与跨小组协同：负责面向客户决策层进行核心技术方案宣讲，传递商业价值；协同内部“POC验证小组”和“Demo展示小组”，确保售前承诺的技术指标在实车验证中完美闭环； 4、需求转化与研发导入：将多维度的客户需求转化为严谨的ADAS系统开发输入（功能定义、系统边界、KPI性能指标等），带领内部团队撰写《产品需求规范（PRD）》《系统架构设计文档》，确保研发方向不偏离客户预期； 5、行业前瞻与竞品分析：深度跟踪智能驾驶行业前沿趋势（如端到端大模型、轻地图方案、集中式电子电气架构、新型域控平台等），对竞品进行全方位解构，提炼公司方案的差异化技术卖点； 6、产品规划与商业闭环：整合售前阶段的市场反馈、竞争态势和客户痛点，深度参与公司智驾产品线的中长期规划，协助推动公司核心技术与标准化产品的敏捷迭代和成本控制。 Qualifications 1、行业资深背景：计算机、电子信息、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，8年以上ADAS/AD研发、系统集成或售前技术支持经验，有Tier 1或头部智驾独角兽背景者优先； 2、硬核技术功底：深刻理解车载传感器（摄像头、激光雷达、毫米波雷达等）物理特性及选型、主流域控制器架构（如Orin、TDA4等）及自动驾驶感知/规控核心算法与系统标定指标； 3、量产项目背书：作为核心骨干或技术负责人，主导过至少1个完整ADAS量产项目（如高速/城区NOA、行泊一体、APA/AVP等）的方案设计或系统开发，熟悉ASPICE及ISO 26262车规安全标准； 4、出色的方案撰写与表达：具备极强的“技术转商业”翻译能力，能够独立撰写极具说服力的RFQ技术响应文档，擅长用商业和用户体验语言向客户决策层阐述复杂技术方案的价值； 5、国际化沟通视野：具备流利的英语沟通及产品宣讲能力，有海外主机厂对接经验或国际量产项目交付经验者优先； 6、综合职业素养：具备严谨的逻辑思维、优秀的跨部门协调能力，抗压能力强，具备高度的方案风险防控与成本控制意识。...
