制造装配工艺开发程师（CM-SIP） 惠州 全职 生产制造类 职位描述 本岗位是SIP板级模块，AI服务器0级电源整机组装制程的规划。主导从面向制造的设计（DFA）到高效率量产的全流程，确保产品在可靠性、可制造性及成本方面达到最优，是连接产品设计、工艺实现与高效量产的核心桥梁。1.工艺规划与前端设计协同（40%）：参与新产品设计评审（DR），从装配角度进行可制造性（DFA）分析，评估风险并提出优化建议，规划最高效的组装技术方案。主导装配过程失效模式与后果分析（PFMEA） 的制定与维护，并统筹应用防错技术，以预防质量风险。负责规划与设计生产线布局（Layout），完成线体设备、工装夹具的需求规划与方案设计。2.核心工艺开发与文件体系构建（40%）：负责全套装配工艺的开发、验证与导入，核心包括：精密点胶（固定胶、散热硅胶）、磁芯贴装、三防漆涂覆、散热盖装配与螺钉紧固、液冷煲机测试等。负责装配过程控制计划（CP） 的制定与维护，识别、验证并发布关键工艺参数。负责所有装配工艺文件（如SOP、OPL、参数表）的制作、更新与管理。负责新工艺、新材料（如胶水、导热界面材料、三防漆）的导入验证。3.生产实施与持续改进（20%）：负责产品标准作业时间（ST）的校准、测量与提交，并主导生产线平衡（Line Balancing） 持续改善，提升整体生产效率（OEE）。解决量产过程中的装配工艺异常与质量问题，制定并完善快速处理指南（OCAP）。 职位要求 1、学历：本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程、电子封装、自动化或相关专业。2、经验与技能：①5年以上电子产品整机组装或模组制造领域的工艺规划或开发经验，熟悉从NPI到量产的完整流程。②精通精密点胶/涂覆、机械紧固、散热组装中的至少两项核心工艺，并能进行参数优化与问题诊断。③具备扎实的工艺规划能力，熟悉DFA/A、PFMEA、CP等核心工具与方法，并能独立输出相关文件。④具备生产线Layout规划和标准工时（MTM/UAS等）分析的实操经验。5.熟练使用CAD或相关软件进行简单的平面布局设计。3、优先条件：拥有高功率模块（如电源模块、散热模组）、通信设备或车载控制器的装配工艺规划与量产经验。熟悉胶粘剂、导热材料的选型与可靠性测试标准。了解IATF 16949质量体系及APQP流程。 投递...
