【26届校招】世界模型算法工程师 北京、苏州、上海 校招 正式 智能制造 / 工业互联网 / 工业自动化 - 研发 职位描述 利用扩散生成技术和3D GS 技术进行长尾场景增广及闭环仿真，持续扩展模型泛化边界，并反哺在线模型，形成数据飞轮，稳步提升系统 ODD 与性能上限。基于世界模型构建预测-决策一体化框架，实时预测未来动态场景，提升自动驾驶在复杂交互、长尾场景下的安全性。 职位要求 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历。编程功底扎实，精通 Python 与 PyTorch，有大规模分布式训练及数据处理落地经验。深入掌握扩散模型（Flow Matching、DiT 等）及其在视频生成与预测中的应用，有相关项目研发或量产经验。熟悉前馈式 3D Gaussian Splatting（如 pixelSplat、MVSplat 等）的原理与实现，有 3D 重建或动态场景神经渲染的实际开发经验。具备端到端自动驾驶的研究或量产经历，熟悉 UniAD、VAD、Transfuser 等范式；或对世界模型（如 OccWorld、GAIA-1、DriveDreamer 等）有深入实践。在 CVPR、ICCV、ICLR、CoRL 等顶会发表相关论文，或有国际竞赛优异成绩者优先。
