战斗策划（载具方向） 杭州 全职 互联网 / 电子 / 网游 - 产品 / 策划 / 项目 职位描述 1、负责载具核心体验设计：主导项目中各类载具的3C（操控Control, 镜头Camera, 角色Character/即载具本身）体验设计，精细化调校载具的驾驶手感、物理参数、操作交互及镜头表现，确保载具在不同地形和战斗场景下提供一流的沉浸感与操控感。2、负责载具战斗系统设计：设计载具的武器系统、乘员交互机制（驾驶、射击、乘客位）以及与步兵的对抗关系。负责载具的数值规划、战斗定位，并持续进行平衡性调整，确保载具在PVP生态中的策略深度和健康度。3、技术实现与迭代调优：深入使用UE引擎，与程序和美术团队紧密协作，负责载具相关功能的原型搭建、参数配置和蓝图实现。将抽象的“手感”需求转化为可执行的技术方案，并推动落地。4、数据驱动与反馈优化：基于内部测试、玩家社区反馈及线上运营数据，建立载具体验的评估模型。通过数据分析精准定位问题，持续对载具的平衡性、易用性和趣味性进行迭代优化。5、跨团队沟通与协作：与策划、美术、程序、QA等团队高效沟通，清晰阐述设计理念，确保载具的设计、美术表现、技术实现和测试验收全流程顺畅推进。 职位要求 1、核心经验：本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏设计经验，至少深度参与过一款已上线的FPS/TPS项目，并有主导或核心参与载具系统设计与调优的完整经验。PVP载具战斗设计经验为最优。2、专业能力：- 对“手感”有极致追求：对载具的驾驶操控感有深刻、独到的理解，熟悉不同类型载具（如轮式、履带式、飞行器等）的物理特性与运动模拟原理。- 能够将抽象的“驾驶感”分解为具体的引擎参数（如马力、扭矩、悬挂、转向角、重心等），并有丰富的精细化调校经验。3、游戏理解：- 热爱FPS/TPS及军事题材游戏，是载具玩法的资深爱好者。- 对市面上包含出色载具体验的游戏（如《战地》系列、《光环》系列、《武装突袭》、《战争雷霆》等）有深入体验和专业的分析解构能力，能清晰阐述其设计优劣。4、技术技能：熟练使用虚幻引擎（UE），能够独立使用蓝图（Blueprint）等工具完成载具驾驶和战斗相关功能的原型搭建与调试工作。5、软性技能：逻辑思维清晰，具备优秀的问题分析与解决能力；执行力强，沟通表达能力出色，能适应高强度、快节奏的项目环境，并保持良好的团队协作精神。 投递...
